Situated on 102 acres of lakeside property, Eddy Creek offers a
comfortable, motel with cable TV, microwave, refrigerator, coffee
maker, and two queen size beds in each room. Or, stay in one of our spacious log
cabins and experience lakeside living at its best. We also offer a private pool and
beach for the exclusive use of our guests.
Each Room is equipped with two queen beds, air
conditioning/heat, color cable television, full modern bath and dressing
area, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker and microwave. Maid service daily. Access from deck overlooks pool and
woods. The rooms are just a stone's throw away from the private beach and dock.
Children's play area and outdoor grills with furniture are
located in the beach area. Three night
minimum on holiday weekends. Two night minimum on weekends in June, July and August.

Lovely two bedroom private cottages enjoy their own
landscaped yard and spacious private patio overlooking the woods above the
beach. Each cabin includes a charcoal grill and is equipped with a bath
and kitchen, two queen beds in each bedroom, central air, color cable
television and double hide-a-bed in the living room. Linens are provided;
housekeeping is the responsibility of our guests. Two and three night
minimums depending on the season. Year round rentals are available.

ABOUT RESERVATIONS
Reservations may be made by telephone and accommodations will be held
10 days pending receipt of your deposit. If at the end of 10 days no
deposit has been received, accommodation will be cancelled without further
notice.
A deposit of $80 is required for motel rentals, and a $200 deposit is required for cottages. Deposits may be made by personal check. Visa or MasterCard will be accepted, but the charge will be made to the card the day reservations are made. Accommodations must be paid by travelers checks, Visa, MasterCard, Chevron or cash at time of arrival.
Check-in for motel and cottages is 4 p.m.; check-out 11 a.m.; anyone staying later than check-out time will be charged for another day's rental.
Pets allowed with $100 deposit, refunded after inspection.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Accommodations will be held for 10 days ONLY, pending receipt of your
deposit. There will be a $20 processing fee for any
cancellation. The balance of the deposit will be refunded upon
written notice of cancellation up to 45 days of reservations.
Deposits for cancellations received less than 45 days prior to
reservations will be refunded (MINUS 10%) only if the lodging can be
re-rented for same rental period. NO REFUND if cancellation is
received 7 days or less from arrival date.
PRIVATE POOL
The pool is available for lodging and moorage customers during daylight
hours. There is no lifeguard on duty so the responsibility is your own. Beach
towels are not furnished. Kentucky law requires children 16 and under to be
accompanied by an adult; also, no swimming alone regardless of age.
GENERAL STORE
We carry basic fishing tackle, grocery essentials, fishing and hunting licenses,
Eddy Creek Marina Resort souvenirs and more.
No personal checks
Please add 6% sales tax and 3% room tax for all lodging.
